Policy:It has always been MAM Processing's policy to treat our customers in exactly in the way we like to be treated ourselves. Our toes curl at the sight of small print, but it appears that not only to add to our creditability but to comply with new legislation (EC Distance Selling Directive) we are required to offer you our own 'large print' version. You should note that your statutory rights under the current consumer protection laws are not affected (more probably enhanced).
Data & Privacy: The information collected from you at the time you place an order (on you or those you gift to) will be stored in our database and is used purely to carry out your instructions and action your payment. There are no circumstances under which, this information might be passed to a third party.

Contact: We will only contact you in connection with your instructions and keep you well informed should we have any difficulties providing you with the specific goods ordered, to be delivered by your date specified. We will not email you at all without your permission. Every time you place a order with MAM Processing, you will automatically be put on the mailing list.
Delivery: Obviously you the customer recognise that we do rely on Royal Mail's postal service or ParcelForce Carrier (or other suitable carrier for overseas deliveries) to perform the 'contract'. We monitor the performance of our carriers continuously. Whereas we have so rarely had a complaint about the quality of our goods, there have been a very small number of occasions (less than 0.03%) when due to circumstances entirely beyond our control our goods have not arrived by the requested time. As soon as we have learned of this we will always offer a resolution.
Payment: Please note if you are paying by credit/debit card, after filling out your delivery details and clicking on 'proceed to secure payments' you will be sucurely transferred to barclays ePDQ payment page where you will be asked to enter your payment details.
Refunds:We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.

Please remember to ask the Post Office for your proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference. The Post Office will stamp this and supply a tracking reference number to prove the item(s) have been returned. Without this we cannot refund any money if we do not receive the returned items.
The refund will be processed once your goods are received into our warehouse. Please note that it may take 2-3 working days for the refunds to show in your account. Each item returned is refunded separately, and will show on your statement as a refund / credit from MAM PROCESSING. You will be refunded on to the card that the goods were purchased with. If your card expires before we process your refund please contact our customer services team with your order number, postcode and new card details.
You can call Customer Services between 8am and 5pm (GMT/BST) on weekdays, customer services are not open at the weekend unless stated:
7 Day Cooling-Off Period (EU Only):In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations EU customers have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase (unless it is a purchase of financial services, food, drink or other perishable products; DVDs, CDs or software which have been unsealed; magazines; or tailor-made / customised products). In this case, we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost.
If we have made a mistake with an item sent to you or it is faulty, damaged, of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose, we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item unless it was sent to you with other items which you are not returning. We will also refund the delivery charges.

- If the total of your delivery cost is equal to the cost of UK Parcelforce 24hr then we will use this service to send your order.
- We Aim to dispatch any order placed before 3pm Monday to Friday the same day except bank holidays (UK only).
- Any orders placed on the weekend will be dispatched Monday except bank holidays (UK only).
- If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card and the parcel will be left at a local post office with instructions on how to collect your parcel.
- Please note that it is not possible for you to collect your order in person from our distribution centre.

UK Parcelforce - 24hr Delivery
£5.00 Available Monday to Thursday, except bank holidays
- From Monday to Thursday, orders must be placed by 3pm to ensure delivery within 24hrs.
- Parcelforce 24hr delivery orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on Monday.
- Parcelforce 24hr delivery orders placed on a weekend will be dispatched Monday for delivery Tuesday except bank holidays (UK Only).
- Our carrier will deliver your parcel within 24hrs of dispatch and will require a signature on receipt.
- Parcelforce 24hr Delivery is not available to the following postcodes: AB, BT, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA, KW, PA, PH, TR, and ZE.
- If you are not around to accept your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card and the parcel will be left at a local post office with instructions on how to collect your parcel.
UK Parcelforce before 12.00pm
£7.80 available Monday to Thursday
- From Monday to Thursday, orders must be placed by 3pm to ensure delivery before 12.00pm next day.
- Parcelforce before 12.00pm orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on Monday.
- Parcelforce 12.00pm orders placed on a weekend will be dispatched Monday for delivery Tuesday except bank holidays (UK Only).
- Our carrier will deliver your parcel before12.00pm next day and will require a signature on receipt.
- Parcel force 12.00pm Next Day Delivery is not available to the following postcodes: AB, BT, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA, KW, PA, PH, TR, and ZE.
