• As policy we will never debit your credit card before an item is dispatched to you. Your card will be authorized to check the status of the card and to confirm that there are available funds for your order to be processed. • We try our utmost to make sure that customers can only order items that we have in stock from the website. However if on any occasion, the item that has been ordered is out of stock in our warehouse, we will notify the customer either by email or by telephone and endeavour to rectify the matter with them.

• We are happy to offer a refund or returns if you are unsatisfied with the products ordered. If you contact info@mamstore.co.uk within 14 days of an item being dispatched we can arrange for the item to be exchanged for an item of equal value, offered a full refund or refund the difference if you specify you want a replacement product valued at less than the original amount. Additionally, if you would like an item valued at higher than the original amount we can provide this but will take a further payment from your credit card.
  
  Please note that we will not be able to offer a refund unless the original product is returned to us at the below address. Please provide your name, email address and order number if you have one.
